Summary: Kinda nice just looks abandoned the person in the next room was really load and inconsiderate don’t know why they stuck him right next to us when they had so many empty rooms

Summary: I wish I could say we were pleasantly surprised, but we were not. We only stayed because we had no other options for our Freshman's Family Weekend at University of Delaware. The room was rundown and very very outdated. The property was ill-kept. The swimming pool was filed in with concrete, the exterior was covered in mildew and falling apart in places. In the room, the sink & faucets were dirty (we cleaned them ourselves and saw the scum), the refrigerator was dented and scratched, the bed was very uncomfortable. The door had a huge gap in the casing which is where the crickets that we found in the bathroom probably came in. I read other reviews after we booked siting bedbugs and cockroaches and we did a check before bringing our bags in and found none so we stayed out of desperation, but we lived out of our bags for the 2 nights we stayed instead of unpacking. We will not be staying there again as we will get sooner notice of University events going forward. I wish we could report better, but we cannot.

Summary: The check in process was the easiest I’ve ever had. The girl at the front desk was super kind and friendly, patient and made this last minute stop super pleasant after being on the road for 13 hours.
